He is creator of the Inside the Music Business (IMB), a multi-platform brand of products and services.  The company produces original programming, seminars, and mixers.  They also provide marketing and consulting to musicians and record labels alike.

Kline also runs Eric Kline Productions a full-service productions, design and marketing firm which publishes LOCAL ADZINE…an online advertising magazine enabling local businesses to reach their target demographic in a measurable and quantifiable way.

Bert Oliva has spoken for hundreds of business groups and associations, has written numerous articles for trade publications and magazines and has several books on audio including Empowering Networking Techniques-The Art of Interacting with Others, Own your Life -Program Your Life for Total Success with Affirmations and Life by Design-Define Your Goals & Live Your Passion, Life in the Zen and his latest project the Power Cycle 7." He has also studied or shared the platform with many world renowned speakers such as Les Brown, John Childers, Randy Gage, Omar Periu, Marshall Sylver and many more.
 
During 1994 and 1995, he was instrumental in the development of internet photography when he   founded HookItUp.com. This company led the way for new methods of online photo-galleries and event marketing around the world. He helped to structure and sold the company to Social Miami who launched Socialitcity in 2001.
 
What began as a dream and passion has now helped transform the lives of many professional such as CEO's, political leaders, entertainers, doctors, teachers, parents and children alike. He is very adamant about making sure that we start our children on these learning programs at an early age. So, he always lets his students know that any seminar or workshop that he hosts, if the parent attends, they can bring their children at no additional cost, whether it is one child or many children.
